Job Description
•Prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, correspondence, pleadings, tax forms, state entity filings, etc.
•Filing, copying, scanning, calendaring, and organization
•Schedule appointments, communicate with clients, and receive clients and other office guests

Requirements
Helpful Skills:
•Experience with and knowledge of tax and estate planning documents and procedures
•Ability to format and construct various tax and estate planning legal documents, including wills, trusts, guardianships, pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents using HotDocs software
•Advanced level of computer experience in a Windows environment with a high proficiency in Word and Outlook; Microsoft Excel also helpful
•Bachelor’s degree and notary preferred
Required Skills:
•Proofreading, high attention to detail and excellent judgment
•Ability to meet required deadlines and work calmly under pressure
•Able to multi-task
•Able both to strictly follow instructions and to work independently
•Organizational skills including coordinating calendars and maintaining files
•Ability to handle privileged, confidential and time sensitive information
•Have outstanding public relations and telephone skills
•Professional appearance and attitude required
