Job Description
FoodService Specialists, a sales and marketing company, has an immediate opening for full time (35-40 hrs per week) office manager. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, who is highly motivated and wants a good, long term, job. If you are organized, comfortable with a computer, detail oriented and reliable, we would love to read your resume. Benefits include: competitive hourly wage, paid holidays, paid vacation and a comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Placing/tracking of Purchase Orders from distributors to manufactures.
• Confirming pricing, case counts and delivery dates on PO.
• Customer Service with distributor buyers and managers
• Auditing commission statements against orders.
• Working with buyers on PO revisions.
• Managing all sales material and Point of Sale.
• Sample management.
• Assisting sales reps in product pricing and tracking.
Requirements
• 3-5 years office experience preferably in some aspect of the food industry.
• Excellent verbal and writer communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Task driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Full knowledge of the Microsoft platform.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• At least 2 years of College studies preferred.
