Position: Manager of Sales Associate Training

General Summary of Position
Manage and train the Sales Associate Trainers who will be regionally based.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create an effective training program and training material
• Work with the sales team to help reach goals for number of associates trained
• Work with trainers to be effective in motivating store associates to understand and sell GOAL ZERO products
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create an affective training program and training material
o Perfect online training for specific retailers
o Create and follow through with webinar training
o Create and execute and in-store training program
o Create training materials for store associates
• Work with the sales team to help reach goals for number of associates trained
o Set goals with each account manager for number of associates trained
o Manager the travel and training calendar for trainers
o Follow up with stores after trainers have trained
• Track training and effectiveness of events and training
o Track the stores that have been trained and the corresponding sell through
…and any other Duties and Responsibilities defined by manager, which is currently the VP of Sales.

Compensation
Wage: $40,000 -42,000 DOE
