Job Description
Responsible individual needed to oversee the quality assurance and control area of a well-known food and dietary supplement manufacturer. This position is responsible for all aspects of the quality department, including documentation, manufacturing records, ingredient specifications. Must possess an understanding of GMP guidelines for nutritional products, have the ability to act as liaison with regulatory agencies, and supervise two technicians. Minimum requirements include a B.S. degree and two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
