Job Description
Wild Style Salon is looking for a responsible and motivated individual to help run the day to day business of the salon by creating team building relationships, establishing a positive atmosphere for stylists and clients, utilizing opportunities to market new clients and retain current clients to the salon, maintaining the neat and clean salon environment, and preserving an organized, professional, and friendly setting at the front desk.
We are looking for an outgoing, positive individual with a passion for hair, nail, and skin care. Applicants must have previous experience in the hair care or skin care industry and must be familiar and understand front desk operations.
Requirements
One year previous management experience required.
Previous experience in a salon or spa setting
Working knowledge of professional hair care and skin care services and products
Commitment to work a flexible shift – Days, Evenings, and minimum of 2 Saturdays per month (20 – 30 hours/ week)
Commitment to be a role model to each stylist and employee at the salon at all times and ability to manage a staff of 20- 22
Professional in appearance, demeanor, and speech
Must have experience with Salon or Spa POS systems (Salon Iris, Millennium, etc.)
Excellent computer & Phone skills
Must have a High School Diploma
Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Nail Tech License
preferred but not required
