This job will focus on account closures and retaining our current customers. Some additional duties will include assisting our customers with any inquiries they have with their account. Answering customer???s questions through inbound phone calls, emails and returned mail. Several of these calls may focus on simple technical support, transaction / deposit history, and PCI (security) questions. The out bound phone calls consist of welcoming new clients to Complete Merchant Solutions and assisting current customers with a questionnaire. Additional projects and duties will be given as needed.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Call center experience is preferred but not necessary Computer Savvy Must be comfortable talking with customers and fellow Representatives over the phone Must be detail oriented and have the ability to follow through on key projects Can assist with retention of current customers Candidate should have good typing skills Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support through answering inbound calls and emails Monitoring and assisting with cancelations Retaining customers who would like to cancel account Learning multiple systems in order to best help our customers Assisting our clients with a security questionnaire Helping merchants to become PCI compliant Some outbound calling to current customers on occasions Additional projects and duties will be given as needed Benefits Dental Vision Health Insurance Paid Time off Holiday Pay Monday through Friday
