Job Description
River Meadows is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly person to represent our company as our Activities/Life Enrichment Director. Responsibilities include planning, implementing and measuring success of individual activities and events for our senior residents. Investigating and meeting the social and activity needs of individual residents. Coordinating events with local church, school, and volunteer groups. Scheduling and transporting residents to medical appointments. Coordinating with leadership staff needs of residents. Participating in the quality assurance team.
Requirements
A degree is Recreation Therapy is desirable but not required. Experience with assisted living or skilled nursing is desirable but not required. Must have a clean driving record, be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
