Job Description
Essential Job Functions
• Reviews all accounting functions, including but not limited to, Payroll (PR), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and related processes.
• Determines and implements cost accounting procedures and methods.
• Prepares and analyzes cost reports and audits.
• Prepares internal audit procedures.
• Compiles information for income tax preparations.
• Prepares and files tax reports and other related documents.
• Assists with tax, accounting, and finance strategies.
• Researches finance-related issues and proposes solutions and/or alternatives.
• Assists with Accounting Department training on Great Plains.
• Oversees and reviews accounting tasks.
• Prepares accounting reports and financial statements.
• Maintains current knowledge of GAAP and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
• Performs other duties as required by the Chief Financial Officer.

• Manage multiple tasks at all times
• Exhibit strong work ethic in a team environment
• Prioritize work and assignments appropriately in an efficient manner
• Work well under pressure. Some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under tight deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Be reliable and punctual for committed events and schedules

Requirements
Knowledge, Education and Experience
• BA or BS degree in Accounting or Finance(equivalent 5+ experience considered)
• 1-2 years experience (preferably in the Network Marketing industry)
• Microsoft Dynamics Power User
• Computer literate with a strong background in Windows applications
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
