Finance company located in Murray just off I-15 has an immediate need for a Full Time Collections / Admin Assistant. Job duties include: Contact delinquent customers to arrange resolution of past due accounts while providing a HIGH LEVEL of customer service. Preparing and filing legal paperwork with various government agencies and suppliers. Researching legal requirements for vehicles and business registration. Corresponding with customers and suppliers both written and verbally to answer questions and gather information. Answering and routing incoming calls. Filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed. Paying invoices and processing incoming payments.
Relocation costs may be covered.
- Experience with collections, sales or other negotiations - 2 Years experience in office / customer service environment - VERY high attention to detail - Proficient with internet research and Microsoft office products - Spanish is not required, but is a plus. - Type 45+ WPM - Pass background check and drug test
