Job Description
Murdock Hyundai is looking for a Part-Time, with the potential to be Full-Time, Human Resources employee. This position will require the employee to know all the in's and out's of our Health insurance coverage and be able to explain it to all our new hires and any current employees that may have questions. This person will also input all new hires into the insurance website and manage that site to make sure everything is correct. This position also requires that the insurance premiums be paid on time and acurately. Other duties will include, but not limited to, calling and collecting on accounts receivables and submitting warranty cancellations.
Requirements
Some knowledge of benefits plans and able to convey information to the carriers and employees in a friendly communicative manner. Have a happy, positive attitude and able to work well with people. Able to handle interruptions well and be very organized.
