Job Description
Utah Disaster Kleenup's CTO is looking to fill a new position within the company's IT department as well as the Electronics Decontamination division.



This position will serve two roles.

First will be required to perform various tasks that include but not limited to, maintain, troubleshoot and repair hardware from our customer locations with the intent to restore them to pre loss conditions.

Second will be to maintain UDK’s current infrastructure by practicing competency in the following.


Make certain that IT resources are easily accessible and outfitted with current software and hardware requirements.
Become familiar with the software and hardware used by UDK
Become familiar with the UDK’s network operating system
Maintain, organize, and repair hardware and software networks as needed
Train non-IT employees regarding the existing IT resources they use
Give the necessary support and training to other employees when requested
Offer up suggestions concerning the access of support and information
Organize the existing IT resources used and maintain an inventory of them

Keeping track and effectively maintaining IT resources to assure optimal access.
Troubleshooting all computer related problems
Maintaining an accurate log of necessary maintenance and repairs
Offering suggestions about potential technology resources purchase
Giving network access to all employees
Researching existing and prospective IT services and resources
Installing work stations and software
Linking and setting up hardware equipment
Keeping track of computer security
Setting up and organizing IP addresses
Determining and preparing hardware equipment that needs to be replaced and ensuring that all equipment that is disposed of was properly checked and stripped of critical company information

Carry out other associated tasks when requested during work hours, and possibly after hours.

Requirements
We are looking for a person with the following traits:

-Should be highly knowledgeable in troubleshooting software and hardware equipment

-Ability to learn software quickly

-Have sufficient knowledge on basic networking

-Should be knowledgeable on computer security issues

-Should have great communication and people skills

-Virtualization experience

-Basic Windows and Office experience
