Job Description
Process Instruments Inc is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to test, manage, install, and produce, current and new instrumentation, processes and test methods. Desired Qualifications:
Requirements
BS or equivalent Electrical, Computer, Chemical engineering degree Specific specialized engineering skills such as: a)Experience working with Industrial Equipment b)Experience testing Industrial equipment c) Create, analyze and optimize manufacturing and quality systems d) Knowledge of electrical systems, ie circuits, power, control systems,
computer interfaces. e) Soldering, putting together cable assemblies f) Basic knowledge of computer programming C, C++,matlab g) Website development experience, asp, php, java, etc.
Background knowledge of spectroscopy and its principles Field work will be required, must be able to travel 6-12 times a year. Working knowledge of and experience in the application of manufacturing
Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated comprehension of basic comparative statistics Ability to create, review and coordinate test protocols and reports Oral and written presentation skills Knowledge of chemicals (hazardous and non-hazardous), chemical industry
and good manufacturing processes.
Develops physical and functional test requirements to assure specifications
are met.
Writes, reviews and approves protocols, reports and data.
Conducts testing outlined in protocols and test methods
Executes validation studies on equipment & processes
Analyzes problems in design, process and test development.
