This is a part-time non-exempt position, 20 hours per week.
Under the direction of the department supervisor, the Provider Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining provider records for the claims processing system.

Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:
•Adding practice information for medical and dental providers including contracting information.
•Adding and updating provider addresses.
•Requesting W9 information.
•Researching and resolving provider claim issues.
•Working with other departments on provider issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•One or more years experience working with medical and/or dental claims or provider maintenance.
•One or more years of data entry experience.
