Job Description

The Inventory Control Supervisor is ultimately responsible for all internal inventory audits, maintian cycle count program, and facilitate client physical inventory counts. This position is also responsible for positive and negative inventory adjustment monitoring and control.
This position requires 50% managing team members, 20% strategic and continuous improvement, 20% analysis on results from inventory audits, and 10% reporting results and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements
•High School Diploma; or equivalent.
•Some college, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
•Minimum of two years experience in inventory control management.
•Budget development and oversight experience preferred.
•Six Sigma and Lean training preferred.
•Extensive experience in inventory analysis and optimization.
•Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
•Experience in goal setting and strategic planning.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management.
•Team leadership and development.
•Must be detailed oriented.
Duties of this job will require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs., working in a warehouse environment. May require standing on concrete floors, walking for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, twisting, and being exposed to loud noises and various temperatures and scents.
