Job Description
Check clients in for spay/neuter surgery and/or vaccinations, and collect appropriate payments. Data entry. Answer telephones and general office filing. Schedule appointments. General care and cleaning of reception area and the clinic environment.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The ideal person for this job will be a team player, personable, professional, upbeat and energetic, takes initiative, uses tact and diplomacy.

Ability to strictly follow verbal and written instructions.

Work requires continual focus and attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a receptionist, cashier and/or customer service representative. Minimum 1 year of prior data entry/computer experience.

Bi-linqual a plus.
