House Manager Description (Part-time):
Provide 24-hour facility coverage during on-duty times, including the responsibility to contact on-call clinical staff in the event of a crisis, ensure completion of weekly and monthly position requirements, program Coordinator and Associate Director, Provide informative and detail-oriented progress notes for the treatment team to review and incorporate into the treatment process, must attend weekly Manager meetings, weekly Clinical Staff Meetings and bi-weekly staff trainings, run weekly conflict resolution groups with clients and Case Manager to assertively address issues and promote smooth functioning of the house, Responsible for delegating duties within living environment of clients, employ de-escalation techniques and use crisis management skills as needed to maintain a healthy and safe environment for clients and staff, Be responsible for the safety and security of the clients in their specific house and reporting any facility problems to Facility Manager and Program Coordinator. 32-36 hours per week available depending on shift: times depend on shift, location and day of the week. Must be able to attend mandatory staff meetings/trainings on Fridays from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Support Staff Description (Part-time):
Seeking individuals to supervise daily activities at our residential substance abuse treatment facility for women and children in downtown Salt Lake City (evening, graveyard and weekend shifts). Ensures client safety and monitors facility including problem solving, completing reports, maintaining order and generally offering support to residents. We are especially seeking mature, reliable staff with good communication skills who value making a difference in the lives of families in our community. We are willing to train mature and motivated applicants with little or no experience. This is a great opportunity for those seeking further experience in the social services field. Must understand professional ethics and boundaries. 12-36 hours per week available depending on shift: times depend on shift, location and day of the week. Especially seeking graveyard shifts! Staff must work at least two days per week and may have to work some holidays. Must be able to attend mandatory staff meetings/trainings on Fridays from 2 pm to 4 pm.

Requirements
Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test, criminal background check and have three good employment references. Must be at least 21 years of age. Have reliable transportation w/good driving record, and be able to transport clients or company products when needed. Must be able to climb stairs, lift 20-30 lbs and have basic computer skills. Must be at least 21 years of age.
