Job Description
Accounting with some secretarial skills and be able to assist President in all operations of the company.
Some other duties as outlined IE: SOCIAL MEDIA and sales as needed with accounting as the main function.

Requirements
Quickbooks experience a must and strong knowledge of accounting and paying bills as well as job costing.
Writing checks
Paying bills
entering bills
invoicing customers
reconciling bank statements and credit cards
printing standard reports such as AP and AR and CGS
At least be enrolled in an accounting program at an accredited 4 year college U of U BYU.
Be able to professionally represent Skyline,
Many employees are the face of the company so professionalism is a key so in person and phone skills a must.
Must have intermediate computer skills and basic knowledge fo word excel outlook and accessing computers remotely.
Must work well with the President of the company and be a team player.
