SE Asia Region Project Leader

Since its founding in 1996, Morinda has improved the health and happiness of millions of people from all corners of the globe.

Job Summary:
The Global Market Support department assists in global development worldwide. The SE Asia Markets Project Leader will work with Southeast Asian markets including Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore to implement corporate strategies and assist in operational development.

Key Responsibilities:
oCoordinate SE Asia and Pacific market development as project leader
oUnderstand strategic and operational challenges and assist in increasing efficiency and level of execution
oDiscover and resolve business development challenges and ensure actionable results
oEnsure corporate strategies, initiatives, and programs are executed on time
oHelp increase efficiency of distribution and logistics in local markets
oProvide and maintain close communication with local markets
oCoordinate software and web development implementations
oAny other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Working Environment:
oOffice environment
oMay include international travel (one or two times a year)
oSome afterhours support

Required Qualifications:
oFluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, or Thai
oBachelor’s degree or 2-3 years related experience
oExperience working with international countries
oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Applications
oStrong customer service skills
