Job Description
We are a nation-wide company, established in 1985, providing staffing solutions for large and small businesses. We are moving a corporate office to SLC to handle credit analysis of potential business clients Several positions are available: Credit Analysts, Collections Representatives, Final Demand Specialist, (Note these are business-to-business positions; not Consumer.) There are New Hire and and Supervisory Roles. Pay rates start at $12 to $15 hourly plus immediate bonus eligibility and will increase upon completion of training period. Once established, positions will become salaried.
Requirements
A general understanding of business is critical (ability to learn to read a D&B credit report, understanding of Receivables, and Agings). The ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone must be second nature. All positions require some work in Excel (a few require heavy use).
Preference will be given to demonstrated experience either on-job or through professional training. College degree or progress helpful. You don't need to be an established credit or collections expert but you must be trainable. There are legal interpretations required in some positions so you will learn basic bankruptcy and UCC law. You may start out in an hourly role and move to salary as you establish your skills.
Our office will be centrally located in Murray. Professional dress is required. A benefits package and bonus program will be available.
