AboutTime is a fast growing software company serving the construction verticals with clients across all of North America. The Director of Marketing will be the in-house marketing expert for the company and will be expected to execute and deliver tangible results. Full time Monday ??? Friday 8AM to 5PM Will work from the corporate office in Payson, Utah Wage D.O.E. Position Overview The AboutTime Director of Marketing is responsible for implementing strategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. Our Director of Marketing will build creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that provide a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have impeccable communication & leadership skills. ??? Supporting Sales Staff: Support the sales staff through the production of various types of collateral, such as product sales sheets, technical information and white papers, testimonial collateral, website designs, html email campaigns, and internal marketing projects. ??? Prospect and Customer Needs: There are numerous prospect based projects including prospect email marketing campaigns and email drip campaigns needed for thousands of existing prospects in both the lead and opportunity stages. There are also numerous customer projects needed including training and system use materials. ??? Supporting Channel Partners: Design and create various campaigns on behalf of channel partners that will include the media of html email, promotions, Power points, multi-page websites (microsites), newsletter content and other printed and non-printed collateral. ??? Marketing Materials and Projects: Interface on a regular basis with various stakeholders with respect to the marketing deliverables. ??? Shows and Events: Evaluate various tradeshow's as suggested by sales and handle registrations, show deliverables, campaigns and all other details ??? Assist in the process of measuring the effectiveness of all produced collateral, including responses based on collateral including lead forms ??? Maintain calendar of projects, deliverable dates, and progress and monitor project progression and report to various stakeholders. ??? Ability to work on and execute on multiple projects and deliverables at once. ??? ???University degree or college diploma in business/marketing ???Minimum of 5 + years of experience in a marketing position ???Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices ???Strong project management & performance measurement skills ???Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives ???Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ???Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns ???Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills ???Effective time management organization, and leadership skills ???Required to work from the corporate office in Payson, Utah..
