Job Description
• Maintains pools, slides, and related equipment (including electrical, plumbing and carpentry aspects)--keep things running and well-maintained, ATTENTION TO DETAIL REQUIRED.
• Performs various maintenance, remodeling and/or installation jobs around the park as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
• High School education or equivalent -- technical schooling and certifications a plus
• Must work in a manner that keeps themselves and others safe on and off all work areas.
• Ability to perform task that require heavy lifting, up to 100 lbs., without injury.
• Must be teachable and have a desire to expand technical skills
• Must be able to understand, take direction and communicate effectively in English.
• Self motivated -- able to work with little or no supervision
• At least a year's experience or background in several of the following areas: PVC/ plumbing up to 2", basic 110 volt electrical wiring, general carpentry, hand/power tool operations, electrical motor operations, basic welding, painting, or sheetrock repair.
