Job Description
All States Landscaping Inc., a 25 year Utah Landscape Construction Company has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/ Office Support person to join our team in our Draper office. Our company is a well-recognized Landscape Contractor specializing in Design/Build Landscape construction, Landscape Maintenance, Fertilization, Nursery & Supply Center and much more.
Purpose:
The Customer Service role is to be an organized, efficient, and friendly presence for clients. Job responsibilities include, answering multi phone lines in a fast paced environment and providing information to callers, also responsible for setting appointments for service and sales departments and maintaining salesman schedules. Candidates must have excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills and a can do attitude. This can be a full time position 40 hours per week with pay range rate between $10 - $12 per hour depending on experience, skills and abilities.

•Must be a self-starter, solve problems quickly and proactively and coordinate varied and multiple projects simultaneously
•Provide general administrative support for staff
•General office duties: answering multi-phone line system, filing, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, office supply maintenance, data entry
•Must be personable, and able to work well with others in a team environment
