Job Description
Job Summary:

Work with the Company’s sponsor clients in shipping out due diligence kits, private placement memoranda, and other information related to the Company’s sponsor clients’ securities offerings
Receive and process investment paperwork for various investments, and work with the sponsor to confirm paperwork has been completed to the satisfaction of the sponsor or transfer agent, as applicable
Develop important relationships with sponsors, transfer agents, custodian companies, and other parties in an effort to ensure the transactions are timely
Process and distribute commission invoices or assist banks with the distribution of funds upon closing

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, as needed, to the Company’s Operations Department
Assist other Departments on various projects, as needed
Requirements
Additional Skills & Competencies:
Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities. Attention to detail is essential.
Experience in operating Microsoft computer software (including Excel), filing, and maintaining filing systems
Ability to exercise poise, tact, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential information and
Must be a self-starter.

Compensation/Benefits

Hourly wage $13.00 to $18.00 DOE
