Job Description
Provide a high level of customer service for product maintenance and repair in the field.
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and install hot tubs.
Communicate with customers on cost, and repair options.
Part of a crew who will periodically deliver hot tubs and equipment.
Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
Periodically work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed to meet customer expectations.
Pay Range
Between $11and $18/hour depending on experience and performance.
There are no medical benefits with with this position.

Excellent problem solving skills
Clean driving record
Must be able to drive up to 700 miles per week using company van.
Must be able to move and lift 50-100lb from time to time
Hot tub, pool, electrical or pluming experience preferred
