Job Description
Electrical Contracting Company looking for a full-time receptionist. Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. The main duties of this position entail greeting customers and answering a multi-line phone system, but also include some varied clerical duties and assistance to other departments as needed.
We offer benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, holiday pay (select days), and a friendly work environment.
Pay will determined upon hire, depending on experience.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is personable, detail oriented and organized, able to multi-task, self motivated but a team player, punctual, and professional.
Proper office and phone etiquette is a must.
Some computer skills and knowledge required. We use QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word. Knowledge in these programs is not necessary but highly recommended.
