Job Description
Responsibilities to assist in student financial aid including, state and local funds and the collection of required paperwork/documents. Use of accounting knowledge to assist in payroll and account payables/receivables. Be able to maintain professional behavior and customer service with prospective/current students/employees.
Requirements
LMT preferred but not required. Accurate typing skills and speed is a must. Good English speaking skills required. Excellent PC computer skills is required. Excellent hygiene and dress habits for dealing with public on a daily basis. Working knowledge of federal, state and institutional financial aid programs. Ability to deal effectively with a diverse student body at multiple campuses. Experience with need analysis, counseling, and packaging aid. Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines and objectives while multitasking. Ability to assist with school payroll needs and budgets. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Detailed oriented individual with good organizational, problem solving and time management skills who can be a team player. Person must be flexible and maintain professional confidentiality. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Access are a plus.
