Job Description
As a member of IT, you’ll be working closely with the Executive Team and Marketing on implementing new and innovative products and tools for our consultants and customers.The company has a “do-what-it-takes” mentality and will stop at nothing to provide the best in training, online support and services.
•Participate in project discovery meetings, identifying feasibility and scope.
•Provide front end drafts and proof-of-concept models.
•Participate in kick-off meetings, identifying required task items.
•Develop online products and services using .NET 4.0/MVC/C# ASP.net in accordance with industry best practices.
•Provide project timeline updates to project manager.
•Conduct unit testing on new project initiatives.
•Resolve bugs during the testing cycle.
•Execute project deployments and post deployment issue resolution.
•Mentor other team members.

Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3+ years web development experience.
•2+ years’ experience with C# and ASP.NET.
•2+ years’ experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML.
•Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Object Oriented Development and Design.
•Experience in creating JSON APIs and jQuery front ends.
•Experience in MS SQL basic administration and DB design concepts (T-SQL) – SQL Server 2005/2008.
•Experience using AJAX techniques.
•Experience working with web services.
•Understanding of design patterns: i.e. Factory, Observer, Event Aggregator, Model View View Model (MVVM), and Repository patterns.
The ideal candidate would be/have:
•Analytical, adept to problem solving, and have strong attention to detail
•Self-starter, willing to get involved and do whatever is needed to get the job done
•SOAP API consumption
•Experience using Knockout.js
•Experience with Lambda Expressions
•Experience using TFS
• Experience using MVC and Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL
• Experience using Visual Studio 2010
