Job Description
Position Title: Software Quality Assurance Analyst
FLSA: Full-Time, Exempt
Reports To: Director of Development
Location: Candidate must work at Salt Lake City based headquarter
Position Available: ASAP
Orchid Event Solutions is seeking a software quality assurance analyst for our Salt Lake City software development team. Orchid Event Solutions provides customized online event registration software and services to the meeting and convention industry. Orchid has a very fast paced production development environment, deploying an average of 2 highly customized online event registration processes weekly.
The ideal candidate will plan and execute all stages of testing of our software applications, online registration processes and 3rd party data integrations. Track testing progress and manage defects using Jira, FogBugz or similar product. Communicate effectively within a development team utilizing agile principles. Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.

• Software testing experience in functional, regression, integration and acceptance testing
