looking for.
Successful new law office with a motivated entrepreneur/visionary/marketer as its owner is looking for a sharp Client Service Director to help build and be a KEY part of an amazing law office and practice.
You WILL learn an incredible amount about business, entrepreneurship and marketing, if you are interested. And, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a business that is the beta site for what will grow into a statewide company that will have a major impact for good on families throughout Utah.
If this sounds exciting, you might be THE ONE.
This is a part time position to start with, but will DEFINITELY become full time as the business grows.
Initially, the position will be Monday – Friday 4-5 hours per day. There will also be times when you will need to come in and meet with clients in the evenings.
You MUST be tech savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and Adobe. You will also help create and
manage client and referral databases. Because we are in our start-up phase you will be expected to perform administrative duties as well as have key interaction with our valued clients. As our business grows so will your position.
Some of your roles will include: Develop and implement marketing plan, convey value to all people contacting the firm, maintain schedule for attorney and clients, schedule all client appointments and confirm all appointment, prepare and mail new client packages and follow up, maintain client tracking spreadsheets
and master client lists, fulfill all administrative duties associated with the firm business, ensure the office is clean and orderly, prepare for client meetings, track and maintain office supplies and equipment,meeting with clients to give and gather information.
In the future the position will grow to over seeing all of human resource issues, working with
bookkeeper to process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll – and much more!
You must be motivated, be able to think on your feet and solve problems. You must care about people, have personal integrity and a good work ethic.
Positive people ONLY need apply. We will not entertain people with toxic or negative attitudes, whiners,complainers or victims. If you get distracted easily or want to get paid for not working, please do NOT apply.
Compensation: $12 per/hour, subject to review after 60 days, at which point you’ll make the case for your raise, how much and why, based on the value you have added to our business.
This is not an easy job, but it will be rewarding and fun. Anything really great is worth working for and our greatest growth comes from the biggest challenges.
