HEAVY MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for someone who wants to become a part of our team and a long term employee. We want an individual who has management skills and would enjoy working for a large commercial and residential construction company.

2-5 years Direct Heavy Machine & Equipment Mechanic experience necessary.

LOOKING TO FILL THIS POSITION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

• Responsible for the THOROUGH upkeep and maintenance of heavy equipment; including fixing equipment that breaks down on jobsites and in shop.
o Familiar with loaders, excavators, skid steers, rollers, sweepers, heavy trucks, and other equipment and machinery
o Repair and adjust hydraulic systems, electrical systems, safety systems, and transmissions
o Understand schematic reading and oil and fluid analysis
o Must have comprehensive understanding and knowledge of regular maintenance requirements
o Help service team maintain regular service schedules that includes fueling, greasing and oil and filter changes
• Must be able to complete work orders, purchase orders, PO logs, and other administrative tasks
• Will be responsible to manage shop assistants and help provide ongoing education to less experienced employees
• Willing to work in all weather conditions and environments
• Must have own tools and be in good physical condition
• Need to have good management abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Need to be able to work within a budget while prioritizing repairs
• MUST WORK WELL WITH OTHERS & BE ABLE TO MANAGE TIME EFFICIENTLY AND PRODUCTIVELY. A CONSISTENT POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND OUTLOOK IS WELL REGARDED FOR THIS POSITION. MUST BE WILLING TO BE A TEAM PLAYER.
• CDL and heavy truck mechanic experience a definite plus but not required. Help to maintain shop cleanliness and parts inventory.
Benefits are available after 90 days. Wage is based off of experience, knowledge and attitude. $20-$23/hr available.
