Job Description
NOAH'S Event Center in South Jordan is looking to hire an Event Assistant to work 2-3 shifts a week which includes at least one weekend night. (Closed Sunday.)
NOAH'S is open from 7:00 AM - Midnight for events. We have two shifts available 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM - Midnight. Typically we require our employees to do a mixture of morning and night shifts, but are somewhat flexible on wanting to do a morning or night shift.
We are looking for an Event Assistant to perform the following responsibilities:
-Work closely with customers providing customer service for any needs that they might have during the event from taking out trash to A/V help.
-Clean and flip rooms from previous event to re-set for the next event.
-Able to work with computers and become familiar with company website.
-Tour the building with individuals or groups that come to see the facility.
-Support other team members in the functionality of the building.
NOAH'S provides space for peoples events but we work with the guests on the back end of their events. We do not do planning of event details besides our basic table and chair setup.
