Job Description
The Money Place offers payday loans, check cashing, and bill pay. CSR must be able to explain how the loan process works and verify information provided by payday loan applicants. Must be able to verify payroll, insurance, government checks and post bill payments. Proper phone etiquette, the ability to use and learn computer programs. Collections will be part of the job.
Requirements
Must have excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience. Must be flexible with availability. Hours of operation is 9-7 Mon - Fri. and Sat. 10-4. Must be able to work different locations as needed.
