Job Description
International Assessment Institute (www.iaiexam.com) is a certification exam development and administration company with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah and Clearwater, Florida. We are expanding operations in our SLC, UT location and are looking to fill two positions immediately.
Responsibilities include processing of candidate applications and fees, accurately maintaining client records, working with clients in establishing testing events, addressing questions that arise regarding the certification process, and transferring of data from written documents to an electronic format.

Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills - verbal, written, telephone, email.
Excellent Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel), type 40+ WPM, 10-key by touch.
Bright and eager to learn
Excellent Organizational Skills w/ability to multi-task
High School Graduate, some college preferred
Professionalism
Flexibility in accepting assignments, and intersted in learing all aspects of the organization.
Excellent Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel), type 40+ WPM, 10-key by touch.
