Requirements
Fast-growing, privately-held, real estate company in American Fork of $75,000,000+ in revenue is looking to hire a Controller. Applicants must have the following qualifications:
· Controller experience of company with $25,000,000+ revenue or 3 years public accounting experience;
· Experience with process and procedure documentation/experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements;
· Experience with leading a department/team;
· Experience with financial reporting – Consolidations, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flows, Key Performance Indicators, etc.;
· Experience with financial statement audits and debt covenant reporting;
· Experience with Quick Books or other similar accounting systems;
