Store managers, at Golden Tan, work front line sales in their stores daily, and hire, train and lead a team of sale associates. This is a 45 hour per week salaried position with a base salary and generous bonus based on store sales performance. Starting salary 28,000-33,000/year, with potential for $40,000+.
Requirements: excellent personal sales ability and the ability to manage and lead a sales team. Applicants with strong retail sales experience but limited management experience will be considered.
Golden Tan recently celebrated it’s 10th year in business, growing from a single store in 2001 to 6 stores today, and opening a new store each year. Our success is measured by the team spirit of our employees, and an environment that is challenging but supportive, where employees can advance through training and mentoring.
