Job Description
National Fire and Water Restoration Company, seeking a flood Technician. Prefer IICRC Certifications in WRT-ASD BUT WILLING TO TRAIN, will look at all applicants, certifications are obtainable for the right individual. Water damaged structual drying residential homes and commercial buildings. Content and structure cleaning after fire and smoke damaged buildings. Removal of mold from buildings under enviromental containment. Demolition, clean up, some light construction work. Has communication skills with clients,can fill out and complete paperwork in specific time frames. Follow procudures as specified in our guidelines.
Requirements
Have a GET IT DONE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, works with with others and can stay on task until job is completed. Can work by yourself with out supervision. Doesn't mind working some long hours on occasion. Work a rotation 24 hour on call schedule which includes ON CALL BONUS PAY. Accurate in drawing diagrams, taking measurements and filling out job logs. Posses a clean/ valid drivers license and can pass a criminal back ground check. Be able to pass a respiratior fit test, lift 50 lbs. Is looking for full time, long term postion.
