Setting up and producing the ala cart menu during the dinner shift , as well helping with banquets and special events. Some basic baking is also part of the station responsibility. This position would cover five dinner shifts a week. Cleaning your work station and kitchen areas daily.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Must have two years of experience in a fine dining kitchen with a strong understanding of quality control. Must obtain Food handlers permit. Good knife skills and product rotation.
