Part Time Administrative Assistant for small company in Orem, UT. Employee duties will include receptionist and general office duties. Employee must be able to handle a variety of duties as assigned. Duties will include data entry, file management, invoicing, Accounts Receivable, collection calls and Accounts Payable. We are expecting candidate to be able to fine tune our filing system and improve it. Position will be up to 10 hours a week depending on what candidate is willing to get involved with.
Relocation costs may be covered.
