Job Description
Responsible and accountable for the overall operations supporting a productive and profitable restaurant including: Team member development and documentation, financial responsibility, safety, security and guest relations. We are looking for a manager that can handle the pressure that comes with the job, while demonstrating an excellent customer service attitude to both costumers and employees.We offer a very competitive salary and the opportunity to earn a performance bonus.

Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years experience as a fast food manager
-Stable work history; no more than 2 jobs within the last 5 years
- Should show positive salary and career progression with previous work history
-Hands on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees and management.
- Have the ability to build a successful team
- Demonstrates the ability to motivate employees with a high level of energy
- Possess the ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly
-Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English
-Education: High School degree or equivalent
-Math skills: Overall skills and knowledge of basic mathematical principles and practices
-Physical Requirements: Be physically able to work a 10 hour or more day while standing on your feet
-Must pass background check
