Job Description
We are searching for dynamic, highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives. As an Inside Sales Rep you will take some inbound phone calls and web leads from potential customers who have expressed interest in one or more of our products. Some cold calling is required to initiate new business, but many inbound leads will be provided.
Requirements
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
•Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
•OUTSTANDING phone presentation and communication skills are a must
•Experience in identifying the needs of the prospective customer
•Strong understanding of the Sales Process
•Solid work ethic with the ability to multitask
•A driven desire to work well with others as well as a desire to learn and work in a consistently evolving environment
•Excellent keyboarding/data entry skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Must be computer savvy
•An understanding of computer and lcd monitor hardware is a big plus
We offer a competitive compensation base on experience with room for growth:
•Hourly base wage $12-$16 per hour plus commission
