Job Description
Onsite Property Manager Wanted:
We are looking for an onsite property manager(s) to join our team at the Camelot Apartment Complex located at 2236 Madison Ave. Ogden UT. Responsibilities include taking care of the day to day operations including but not limited to:
• Rent Collections
• Record Keeping
• Tenant Retention
• Vacancy Showings
• Tenant Screening
• Property and Yard Maintenance
• Cleaning
Qualifications: High School diploma, basic internet and computer skills, type 30 WPM, lifting up to 50 lbs, Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Wage includes small salary, free rent for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment, & free utilities.
