Job Description
There are two areas to perform in. 1. Start with all aspects of accounting for a 20 year old packaging company. This includes AP, AR, financials PL and Balance sheet, billing, bank statements, all state and federal requirements, credit checks, follow up with past dues, and month end close outs. 2. The other aspect is customer service and computer searches. This includes getting quotes, follow up with orders, customers interaction, searching for resources on the web and some minor trouble shooting with computers. Overall a great assignment for a variety of duties.
Requirements
This person must be detailed oriented, dependable, reliable, a self starter and take the bull by the horns so to speak. Must be Quickbooks and accounting practices competent. You must like to interact with customers and vendors by phone and in person along with getting work done by deadlines. A work history of achievement and progression is needed.
