Essential Functions And Responsibilities: ??? Provides outstanding customer service support by handling daily employee phone inquiries. ??? Handles Verification of Employment (VOE) inquiries. ??? Administers and process employee E-Verification system. ??? Provides support and complete employee requests for W2 reprints, returns and phone calls. ??? Provides support and complete employee requests for paycheck stub requests, reprints and other associated requests. ??? Determines qualification and process employee Medical Support Orders/Notices. ??? Provides overflow assistance to payroll department to set up required employee Wage Garnishments, Child Support Orders and New Hires. ??? Package completed client payroll reports and paychecks. ??? Provide cover of ISIHR Reception Desk for Receptionist during the lunch hour. ??? Light filing and scanning. ??? Other related job duties as assigned.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ??? Proficiency in Word and Excel. ??? Clear written and verbal communications. ??? Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner. ??? Good time management skills. ??? Excellent attention to detail. ??? Work well in a team environment. ??? Able to maintain confidential information. Experience/Training ??? High School Diploma or some College level experience. ??? Additional professional related training courses/seminars associated with job responsibilities.
