Job Description
Essential Functions And Responsibilities:
• Provides outstanding customer service support by handling daily employee phone inquiries.
• Handles Verification of Employment (VOE) inquiries.
• Administers and process employee E-Verification system.
• Provides support and complete employee requests for W2 reprints, returns and phone calls.
• Provides support and complete employee requests for paycheck stub requests, reprints and other associated requests.
• Determines qualification and process employee Medical Support Orders/Notices.
• Provides overflow assistance to payroll department to set up required employee Wage Garnishments, Child Support Orders and New Hires.
• Package completed client payroll reports and paychecks.
• Provide cover of ISIHR Reception Desk for Receptionist during the lunch hour.
• Light filing and scanning.
• Other related job duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communications.
• Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Able to maintain confidential information.

Experience/Training
• High School Diploma or some College level experience.
• Additional professional related training courses/seminars associated with job responsibilities.
