Job Description
Come work for an experienced Chiropractor who is setting up a new office in Highland! We want someone who will be excited about being a part of a growing practice, and the opportunities that will be provided as a valued member of our team.

Full-time Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, interacting with patients, submitting insurance claims, collections, assisting with patient therapy, maintaining a clean office area, attending weekend seminars as needed (4-8 times per year), and other related office duties.

Office will be open Monday-Saturday. Specific training will be provided for the right candidate who is hired.
Requirements
Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multi task, self motivated, a quick learner and not afraid to ask questions. Strong communication skills involving customer interaction and phone etiquette is a must. Willing to be trained in all areas of office procedure. Must be computer savvy. Previous experience as a receptionist in a
medical/optical office is highly recommended.

Must be able to be persistent and professional when collecting unpaid insurance or patient bills.

Must be able to travel to 4-8 weekend training seminars (at doctor's expense) throughout the year. Must be able to work Monday-Saturday, full-time.
