ARIIX, a brilliant new health and well-being company, has an opening in its Ariix Services center for a PT Bilingual Dutch Inbound Services Agent. We are seeking positive and highly motivated individuals who are looking to learn and grow with this dynamic new company. The following details outline our requirements and considerations for a desirable candidate: Job Summary: Handle all inbound and outbound calls/emails/tickets and/or chats from Arrix Independent Representatives regarding orders, business policies/procedures, compensation plan, products/services, autoships, rank advancement, online business applications/websites, shipping and other Ariix related systems.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Physical Requirements: Sit for extended periods Enter data correctly and efficiently Work independently and in a team environment Communicate effectively and professionally Type minimum of 45 WPM Consistently maintain a cheery disposition Responsibilities: Speak with a diverse client base including Chinese, Spanish and Japanese Respond with a smile to inbound calls, emails, tickets and/or live chats Responsible to maintain performance metrics individually and as a team Perform wide variety of customer support to include, but not limited to order entry, product support/problem resolution, Distributor business support, conflict resolution and technical support Respond to telephone, email and ticket inquiries regarding company???s products, opportunity, programs, services, programs and offerings Review and research problems, obtaining necessary information from all relevant sources to include supervisors, training material, policies, procedures, manuals and any other resources available to ensure a first contact resolution capability. Perform other auxiliary responsibilities as available and/or assigned Additional Qualifications for consideration: Bilingal--particularly Chinese or Dutch Direct sales/Network marketing industry experience preferred Technical/customer service experience/call center experience highly desired Excellent/proven communication, escalation and conflict resolution skills Excellent Problem solving skills Computer/Internet savvy Work well under pressure, ensuring a client-first disposition Must be able to type and enter data quickly and accurately Must have the ability to work well independently and in a team environment Must be hardworking, honest, dependable and able to work well under pressure Must be a fast learner and able to grasp new concepts/technology quickly Must be patient, friendly and possess strong moral fiber Must have a positive attitude and work well with others Must put the customer first and exhibit strong desires/skills in relationship management Why be a part of Ariix?
