Job Description
The Miller Sports Properties and EnergySolutions Arena has an immediate full time opening for a Payroll Clerk 2. This position will be involved in administering payroll for the various entities within the Miller Sports Properties Group. It is a full-time day position, offering a full line of benefits.

Primary responsibilites will include:

* Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401k deductions.
* Poll electronic time clocks (E-time software) and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
* Contact various department supervisors for any missed times.
* Process semi-monthly transfer of payroll data to ADP.
* Pull many internal management reports.
* All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Our minimum qualifications will include:

* Minimum of 4-5 years payroll experience
* 2-3 years of ADP experience required
* Strong knowledge of reporting is essential.
* Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws is a must.
* Proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Clear written and verbal communications.
* Good time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Work well in a team environment.
* Able to maintain confidential information.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
