Administrative Assistant needed for a busy Executive office in Layton, Utah

Basic Clerical and Office experience required The proper candidate will exemplify and perform the business needs with a positive attitude as well as a professional demeanor. Assistant will begin with part-time hours and will quickly be able to acquire Full-time hours. Business professional who is neat, organized, and an all around team player with phenomenal telecommunication skills is needed for this busy office. Assistant must be comfortable, confident, and competent when dealing with schedules for different members of the office. Previous expertise with Microsoft Outlook, appointment scheduling, and setting, is a must for this position. Excellent Communication skills are needed for success in this position.
