Job Description
Proportion is currently looking for an accounts payable clerk for a full time position 8 hours a day Monday to Friday. Such will assist the controller on all aspects of Accounts payable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare 1099's
- Issue / Maintain Purchase Order Log
- Reconciling vendor Accounts
- Maintaining Vendor relationships
- Receiving items
- Scanning invoices
- Logging and entering data to accounting software
- Set up new Vendors
- Additional clerical duties as needed

Requirements
- Accounting Experience a must
- 1 year experience in Accounts Payable.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel & QuickBooks
- Ability to work in a team environment & under minimal supervision
- Good judgment and attention to detail.
