Job Description
Elite Home Mortgage is a successful mortgage company located in Salt Lake City that has weathered the storm the mortgage industry has experienced the past few years. We are growing and are currently looking for experienced loan originators to join our team. Qualified candidates will have previous experience and success in originating Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
Employee Expectations include:
-Interview applicants to collect financial and credit information to determine credit worthiness
-Negotiate terms and conditions of loans, and ensure compliance with banks and regulatory agencies
-Keep current and educated with industry practices, trends and developments to remain competitive

Requirements
-Associates degree or 2 years of work experience
-A minimum of 1 year sales experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals in a professional manner
-Demonstrate ability to work independently and to follow details through to completion
-Meet deadlines and have the ability to work under time constraints
-Honesty and Integrity are a must
-Candidate must meet all NMLS requirements and have a current mortgage license in the state of UT
-A minimum of 1 year sales experience
